Terms & Conditions
Understand our policies for a smooth partnership.
- Minimum Order: 10 kg per delivery.
- Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance; emergency supply subject to availability.
- Bulk/standing orders for hotels, banquets, and caterers can be scheduled daily/weekly/monthly.
- Zeprofresh reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.
- All prices are subject to daily market fluctuations. Final price will be confirmed before dispatch.
- Payment Terms:
- Advance Payment (mandatory for first-time clients).
- Cash/Card/UPI on Delivery.
- Weekly Credit Facility only for verified & contracted partners.
- Late payments (beyond agreed credit period) will incur 2% weekly interest.
- All invoices must be settled in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Deliveries are scheduled as per pre-agreed time slots.
- Zeprofresh will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen factors.
- Customer must provide accurate delivery address and contact details.
- If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
- All products are sourced, processed, and packed under hygienic shield packaging.
- Products are transported in ice boxes/cold chain system to maintain freshness.
- Once delivered, responsibility of storage and usage lies with the customer.
- Zeprofresh is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage, cooking, or delay in use after delivery.
- Complaints must be raised within 1 hour of delivery with photo/video proof.
- Return/replacement is allowed only in cases of:
- Packaging damage
- Quality/contamination issue
- Incorrect order delivered
- No returns are accepted for:
- Customer’s change of mind
- Delay in usage/storage by customer
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 working days.
- Orders can be cancelled with 12 hours prior notice.
- Last-minute cancellations (<12 hrs) may attract up to 50% cancellation charges.
- Standing/contract orders require 3 days advance cancellation notice.
- Ensure proper cold storage/freezer facilities after delivery.
- Use products before expiry date.
- Ensure delivery staff has safe access to premises.
- Not to misuse Zeprofresh brand name or misrepresent products.
- Zeprofresh guarantees hygienic packaging & timely delivery but is not liable for:
- Health issues due to improper cooking/handling by the customer.
- Indirect losses (loss of event, business, reputation).
- Maximum liability of Zeprofresh in any case is limited to the value of the disputed order only.
- Zeprofresh is not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond control such as:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, transportation breakdown, etc.
- All trademarks, logos, and branding used on this website are the property of Zeprofresh.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
- Customer data (name, contact, address, billing details) will be collected only for order processing.
- Zeprofresh will not sell/share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
- Data is protected under applicable Indian privacy laws.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
- Zeprofresh reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Updated terms will be published on the website and will apply immediately.
